Yes I did. It is on demo and I can see the dataset when I tried to generate
dataset report but I can't see it on data entry.

Hi Gerald,

The two steps that are often ignored when configuring a data set are:

1) to add the data set to a user role

2) to make sure that this user role is assigned to the user who needs to
enter data for the data set

Maybe you missed out on those?
