[Dhis2-users] Root org unit GIS error

Hi, 

It seems that rendering root org unit shape in GIS does not work.
It works fine if this same org unit is not the top level (root) org unit, but 
only has issue if it is the root one. – on GIS Boundary layer, selecting the 
top Level..

The error message on UI is ‘Server error while loading coordinates’.
On Tomcat Log: it says ‘Level must be greater than zero’.___

thanks for reporting. This is now fixed. Will also be backported to 2.10
shortly.
