If you're going to import the files to
Photoshop or Paintshop Pro,you should export the
files as .png. Both packages work with raster images.
PNG files should look ok. On windows make also sure to
check the .wmf export

attached is a sample .dia file and the exported .eps ...
(once when i was deperate i did edit the postscript myself... .but that was
back in the days of 0.88.1 on freebsd 4.4)

As a matter of fact, I do need a way to export the data in a reliable way, in a vector based format, since the diagram's measures are 2 metres by 11 metres, and I dont have a computer that can afford a png image as large as this to look at,

Yes I see, but I can only get 100 dpi and this is not resolving the problem. I need a way to get at least 1200 DPI. Leo. AFIP-AR
