Does anyone know where I might find compartive studies of IS in Central America? I'm specifically interested in Costa Rica as compared to Guatemala. A 1997 article in the Journal of Strategic Informaiton Systems tries to equate the two countries. From my knowledge of Guate., they are not. Thanks
