I didn’t upload videos myself on YouTube, so I don’t know how to correctly add auto-generated subtitles, but maybe next article will help you https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-add-subtitles-to-youtube-4767250 You just need enable subtitles for videos and choose right spoken language cuz Google will use Speech-To-Text engine with this language for generating subtitles. 1st remark was that the language was not correctly selected for the 1st part: Dutch STT can not generate English subtitles and need to enable English subtitles for parts 2 and 4 too. that's all.
