By releasing video I mean simply making it available to those who are interested. By announcing - actually posting links to forum / reddit / whatever and encouraging discussion. By keeping that stuff separate you can both make happy those who await for videos and create marketing events Andrei wants.

It's like when movies were first released in the movie theaters, then, a year later on DVD. All you have to do is still do the one-every-few-days official releases, with a nice announcement. It could be called featured talk of today or whatever. Aye, we could also, if we want some new thing to post to reddit each time, also write accompanying articles or something so even people who watch them all early will still have a reason to click and get involved instead of just leaking the links themselves.

Hi Can any one advise when we can expect the conference talks (and perhaps the slides as well) to available to download or via Utube ? I saw some of the streamed talks, but would love to view the rest. cheers Nick
