Visual Studio 2017 is now working great with dmd (zip/7z).


Thanks to Rainer for his continuous efforts.
We have alternative lld+mingw toolchain in the works that would 
allow to use 32 and 64 bit COFF with VC's libc, without requiring 
Visual Studio.
