You will need a cable with a 25 pin on one end and a 9 pin on the other or an adapter from 25 pin to 9 pin. The 9 pin will go to the com port on the computer and the 25 pin will go to the PK-232. Then you will need the audio cables to go from the radio to the PK-232. The PK-232 comes with
