To whom it concerns, in the PR APRS net running on 10.151 LSB there are again a few stations who apparently do not know how to connect a TNC to a transmitter... Can the people operating in this net do something about it? They are splattering 3 kHz down, and make working PSKAPRS on 10.148

I uspect that the culprits may be using soundcard packet and over driving. Alas, they are probably not aware of how nasty their signal is. It might require several people monitoring 10.151 with software that can detect wide signals in a waterfall, and then emailing the offending operators.

Although I was not able to connect with VE5MU, I did copy a few frames, but not much of the below listed material. I just don't think that PAX or PAX2 works much into the noise even though Patrick does have some information that it can work down to -7 db S/N or something like that. Does
