Hi Andy,
I agree with you. It is much easier for everyone to cooperate.
Mutual QRM can very easily be avoided by not operating keyboarding
modes directly on top of known PMBO Winlink2000 Pactor frequencies,
especially the most active ones on 20 meters with good propagation
to your QTH.

Hello;
I am using MixW along with a Rigexpert interface
for the digital modes. I also have a Kantronics KAM XL and would like to
know how to set up the macro's and so on, so that I can use MixW to operate the
KAM XL in the packet, Pactor, and Amtor modes. I need this primarily for

Hi Andy,
Have played alot with DominoEX/FEC on 80/40/30 metershave found it to be very robust, especially considering its bandwidth. Without the FEC it is marginal. Even at 22 baud with FEC enabled it does well (better than my typing)...I wish more would try it...I often switch from Olivia
I did a study of published PACTOR/WINKLINK 20 meter
frequencies for known active stations. There are 76 separate 20 meter
frequencies (see below). If looking for a place to avoid the publish
pactor frequencies... you might try
(Frequencies mentioned are "center" frequencies)

Hi Jerry,
Olivia 500/8 is not used as much for CQ as Olivia 500/16 and Olivia
1000/32 are. When using Olivia it helps to be exactly on one of the
calling or working frequencies, otherwise your signal may blend into
the background. For more info Check the website:

I would like to stimulate a test of Domino EX for contesting, so would
like to get a few people to test under a very short Sprint conditions.
This test contest would like to see how Domino EX compares to RTTY
and PSK63 for contesting speed and reception. Please enter, and
sumbmit comments, eve
I had an interesting Dominio Ex QSO today, using the default "11" baud
rate setting in Multipsk. After switching to 16 we then tried 22 with
FEC, this did very well for a 45 minute digital QSO over a 400 mile
path on 40M in daylight. I have no idea what the conventions are for

I sent the original sources I got from Pawel to Tomi and did the first
on-the-air Olivia test with gMFSK. There is another OM who has recently
forked gMFSK and announced it on this list. Getting those too back
together would be a wiorthy goal as well.

I used PSK31, Olivia 8/500, Feld Hell on 20 and 30 meters yesterday
April 22, 2006. I think I may have chose the wrong day, conditions
were very bad here on 20 meters. I called CQ at various times on the
three modes, not one answer. Even tried to contact a station in AZ

Anyone know what "mode" the tones from WLO are? I'm
listening to their signal on 8420 (cw) , interspersed with their CW ID is a
PACTOR sounding tone that looks like
The single tone in the picture is the CW

Hi,Can we just compile this into the latest release of gMFSK, or isn't gMFSK built like that?Darren, G0HWWOn 22 Apr 2006, at 22:04, Pawel Jalocha wrote: It is my pleasure to annonce that the MFSK/Olivia source code is released under GPL and can be dowwnloaded from: http://homepage.sunrise.ch/mys
