x27;t changed. My opinion on certain
modes and operations will be noted to the FCC when and if they decide to get
involved.
I feel that those that want to continue this take it off the group.
Again just my opinion as things are starting to get personnel.

Wow another rant. I don't care for contesting, but they are not the only QRM on
the band. ALE can be, Winlids for sure but wait lets bring up cw and ssb, and
of course AM, this is even during a contest. QRM is a way of life, get over it.

Don't know about anyone else, but I am tired of reading the messages
between some here, and the bs that is passing back and forth.
If you guys want to have a pissing contest, then why not do it with
emails to each other, or take it to another forum.

d keep on doing it, you will
get a letter from the FCC stating that, it is a no-no, and they will
take your license and some money also. Seems though Winlink is exempt

as others have stated, I have heard

Seem now that everybody is trying to stake out their special freq's.
NTS system think they own their special freq's, work all whatever
nets have their, and the frequency police will let you know if you
get on their's even if they are not being used. A lot of egos
involved in this.

I have a older computer that I am thinking about setting up and using
Linux(want to try it). Is there a lot of software for digital modes for
linux, I mainly do PSK31,Hell and RTTY.
Any help/suggestions would be welcomed.

Well lets see with me, bad eye sight makes it easier to read. I am a
old RTTY operator when there was no such thing as lower case letters
on a keyboard (love the smell of oiled paper). Sometimes it is just
easier then looking for the shift key.
Kurt

that are different then keyboard to keyboard for the same mode, or do
the originator of the mode and those that use it just jump in and say
this looks good lets use it.
Just wondering.

probably work.
