[digitalradio] Use the *$%#ing RS ID!

RSID or ReedSoloman ID is used by DM780 to ID different modes. by sending the mode in an FEC type mode ID before the mode starts to TX. more info here on the principle of RSID. When DM780 receives this RSID it will pop up and/or speak the mode decoded.
