Although it is perhaps a little early for heath and welfare traffic related to the Haiti disaster, my Hf station is active and scanning all data channels in this region. I did speak to one of my professional colleagues today who is Haitian. She indicates very difficult communication from the island. Some of her family still have Internet access but phones are not working very well.
