What is the best frequency for PSK31 work on 30 meters?
I Europe, it is around 10.140.

Leroy,
10.141 area is where to look.
There are a couple of stations who beacon using PopNet around 10.141:

Also there is a 30 meter Yahoo group and link to digital spots:

Not sure why you had 1/2 a lung removed, but I can guess. Hang in
there...I had my left lung removed back in the Fall of 1996 after being
diagnosed with lung cancer--and being told I only had 2 months left. It
I was on 30 meters last night up in the automatic subband just above
10.140 (dial frequency 10.140 to 10.141 USB + audio), and I did hear a
number of stations, particularly K3MQ. I did copy KB9UMT but was
difficult to get the entire call for sure, due to quite a few hits, but

Have any of you tried modes other than PSK31 on 30 meters? If so, which

Thanks for the info, I'm not sure but my guess is if you are around
+/- 10.140 and the band is decent maybe you would see my signal, I
hope so (unlike 20 meters there isn't 10 or 20 qso's or lines to
choose from or so I see it most the time on 30m psk). Give me a try
sometime if
Craig,
Might check Saturday mornings, they are trying to start a PSK31 net on
10.137 at 15:00 UTC.
Most of the sound card modes hang out between 10.137 to 10.140 because
of the PACTOR QRM above 10.140.
Have had a few PSK31, MFSK, Olivia and one DominoEX QSO's on 30
meters. Late afternoon
