What about the APRS digipeater? This post does not mention why it was shut down or if it is going to be activated again?
This was the most easy of the modes to work on ISS for everyone, very short transmission times, most were able to get in and digipeat. The FM repeater was a complete mistake IMHO, all was heard was stations shouting their grid square.
