Dave, were you in LSB at the time? Reason I ask, if you centered that signal on USB it would 3k up from your LSB frequency, being about 3.585. Assuming USB, that area is near a QRZ frequency* for ALE (automatic link establishment.) It's wider and seems to fit your description. Check out a
