ARRL has some information on RFI/EMI, in fact they have a handbook for

Couple of things to try, it may be the monitor radiating.  Reorientate
  the monitor if possible so the screen faces away from the rig, or
move the monitor around to find a "quiet spot" on the operating desk.
 Change the refresh rate to a different frequency by right click on
desktop, Properties, Settings, Advanced, Monitor and change the
frequecy and see if that changes the RFI, it may move on a different
part of the band but at least it may be "quiet" where you are working
on a band.
