There appears to be a large group of hams in this group that have an interest in digital modes for emergency communication . I wonder if we might want to have a quarterly drill of some time where we "activate" and use NBEMS.,ALE, PSK MAIL. possibly WINMOR (when available)? Does anyone have any ideas on how we might organize this ? I am aware than local ARES groups in the USA might do something, but I am interested in so periodic international drill .
