for each of them (top 3). We’ll schedule on-site interviews for the

*The assignment:*



1. *Start* *date*: We want them to start as soon as we can locate the

3. *Job description*:  Only have the information below that may be adapted
to the Sr. and Jr. C# person.  The Dev/Arch would also be expected to have
these skills.  The requirements are listed below under Job Description.



*I’ll follow the same process which is:*



1. You’ll submit your top 3 candidates for each position. My assumption is
you’ve screened the candidates to the top 3.

2. I’ll review the candidates and schedule a phone screen for each of them
(top 3).

3. We’ll schedule on-site interviews for the selected candidates from the
phone screen

4. We’ll determine an answer as quickly as possible.



*Senior Full Stack .NET Developer*

· Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in designing and
developing *C# web* *applications* on *relational databases like MS-SQL*

· *Full stack development* with *ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> MVC
front-end *consuming
*WCF Services* with *Entity Framework*

· *Responsive Web Design* using *UI / UX technologies* like *HTML5, jQuery,
JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, media queries, *and *Modernizr
*with an awareness of cross browser compatibility issues

· *Solid architecture and development experience* with *object-oriented
design principles and patterns* with an understanding of developing loosely
coupled, supportable, and maintainable code.

· Conduct Unit testing, Integration Testing, End-to-end testing, Functional
Testing, Regression Testing, and Load Testing.

· Implement and develop best practices for full software development life
cycle, including coding standards, secure coding practices, code reviews,
source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

· Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, QA analysts,
business owners and stakeholders to ensure customer specifications are met.

· Experience with setting up, configuring, and managing tools dedicated to
code management and deployment strategies that support both iterative and
continuous integration and development.

· *Deploy Web applications, services and components, *including *NuGet
Package Manager.*

· *Troubleshoot environment/hosting-related issues* (*DNS, Load Balancing,
IIS, Windows Server, SSL, Security Contexts, basic firewall* and *networking
concepts*).

· Architect quality: Has had technical leadership experience on large scale
projects while mentoring less senior technical and development staff.
