Locals preferred. *EDI/Interface Specialist,* The interface specialist will play a key role in ensuring the transfer of data between supplier/local solutions and our Harmony platform. The movement of data needs to be effective, efficient and in-keeping with business requirements. Role will include; Acting as the interface specialist, ensuring the successful exchange of EDI messages Ensuring the transfer of data between suppliers and Harmony Advising on best practices for managing messages and protocols Sharing knowledge with colleagues Required: In depth knowledge of EDI mapping ( We use a tool called MapForce) Strong communication skills Exposure to SAP modules would be a benefit (not necessary) The position could lead to managing the delivery and development of new integrations with SAP systems. Many of our customers are requiring the design of innovative solutions to support new requirements/problems in their effort to drive stakeholder alignment.
