The project manager will primarily provide strategic technical architecture services and drive projects using advanced Microsoft and SAP technologies. We are looking for a PM who has a strong background in platform infrastructure and applications. The successful candidate will be an experienced Technical Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of supporting ITIL based service & support processes. In completing this project, the Project Manager will be expected work across different IT Team, and deliver regular status updates to the leadership teams. He/She will be expected to manage a portfolio of projects that deal with IT support and operations. *Job Responsibilities : * ·Track and execute on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail ·Experience coordinating detailed logistical tasks through the usage of VSO, VSTS ·Track Live site issues in VSO/VSTS ·Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills along with leadership and strong project management skills. ·Capture and document project requirements. ·Develop and Document support processes for various level of Help Desk ·Strong listening skills. ·Able to discuss and diagnose customer problems, and develop innovative solutions that support enterprise standards. ·Ability to lead and manage projects to include, defining requirements, creating plan including WBS with milestones. ·Experience defining a business case for the resources needed to support project work ·Experience communicating with many levels of technical, business, and management staff. Including experience communicating with executive staff to relay the status and/or issues associated with highly technical work in a manner that can be understood by non-technical management. ·Experience working with enterprise trouble ticketing system tracking, metrics, and reporting of incident resolution. ·Assist in technical work to complete projects ·Experience creating monitoring solutions for Enterprise applications. ·Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with a wide array of Microsoft technologies. *Qualifications : * This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology. In addition, the successful candidate should also have strong technical skills. The candidate will be expected to expect 40 percent of time spent will be technical and 60 percent PM. Candidates must function well in a team environment. Candidates need to be well organized with a proven ability to think outside the box for technical solutions. They should also have experience communicating with many levels of technical, business, and management staff. Including experience communicating with executive staff to relay the status and/or issues associated with highly technical work in a manner that can be understood by non-technical management. *Requirements* PMP, CSM and ITIL certifications a plus Professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills Must be a self-starter, and not be afraid to challenge existing processes Must enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment.
