Role:- Lead Microstrategy Developer Location:- Orlando, FL Note:- Need Visa Copy + Passport Copy • Qualifications: 3-9 years experience; Bachelor’s degree • Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management. • Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design ." a. At least 6+ years hands-on experience in data integration, business intelligence, reporting, and analytics or related projects b. Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated excellence working as a Senior Developer/Consultant on Microstrategy c. Experience in working with cross functional teams to assist with gathering and evaluating detailed project requirements d. Should be able to design MicroStrategy Data Model based on Reports and Dashboard Requirements e. Expertise in defining MicroStrategy Narrow Cast Server objects like Service, Schedule, Subscription set and Information Objects. f. Expertise in creating MicroStrategy documents, Grid reports, dashboards for various business environments and knowledge of all the widgets to effectively vis ualize the data g. Expertise in creating Schema Objects (facts, attributes, User Hierarchies, Transformations) and Application Objects (filters, metrics, prompts, Custom Groups , Consolidations, Templates, Drill Maps) to generate reports, Report Services documents and dashboards for Business analysis h. Expert in public objects (like Metrics, Filter, Prompts, Drill maps, Templates, Consolidations and Custom Groups) i. Should be able to schedule the reports in Narrowcast server, saved prompts and schedule the reports by email j. Exposure to Implementation of web based ad-hoc reporting k. Perform testing including Unit, Integration, Performance and Regression testing l. Participate in troubleshooting of issues post production or as part of operational support m. Proven analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills n. Ability to guide, lead, mentor and facilitate collaboration among team members o. Database skills to handle MicroStrategy Report SQL's and Data analysis, and should have experience in RDBMS like Teradata, Oracle etc. p.
