I get the following error trying to download:
403 Forbidden
The requested URL
'/pub/tdf/libreoffice/testing/3.4.0-beta4/win/x86/LibO_3.4.0beta4_Win_x86_install'
resolves to a file which is marked executable but is not a CGI file;
retrieving it is forbidden.
