Hi Alexander, Didn't know it wasn't possible to rotate images in Writer, and I agree this should be straightforward an option in the context-menu. Nevertheless there's a way to do this; don't insert your bar-code as a picture but as an OLE-object - choose LibreOffice Draw as the type -
