I have the same Problem, a new installed Notebook with Win7 Home Premium.
The first touch on it was the installation of LibreOffice 3.3.0.

I got the same Page while installing.

Later i updated the 3.3.0 LibO, to 3.3.1 LibO and get the same Page
while installation.

Hope to resolve the Problem.

Best whishes an go on the way, to a "LIBRE OFFICE"
