I suggest changing it to a vanilla for loop:
for(var i = 0; i < jQuery.iSort.changed.length; i++){
Optimization and actually seeing if it works is an exercise to the reader ;)
IMHO I don't think iterating with a for-in is a good idea if the object is an array.
