I think this has been wholly answered, but I'll add my two cents:
- I always, always, always sketch first. I do a ton of sketching.
It allows me to get all of my ideas out (the what if phase), and
allows me to have more focus when I get into wireframing. Sketching
is portable, cheap and fast.
Certainly, I face the multi-task project issue all the time at my
current workplace. Though per week there is usually one focus
project, overall I do find myself juggling 2-3 big projects (and
managing a few smaller ones) at any given time.

Great presentation Thomas, really like the work put into the piece!
Though I love the concept, I vacillate on how useful workspaces would
end up being for my particular habits. I tend to be one of those
organized mess people at the start of any workflow; I'm fastest
when I can dump a zillion
I think the biggest factor is whether your team will be more
desk-centric (ie cubicles) or mobile when they do their design work.
I use a tablet pretty exclusively at work, because I mostly do design
when at my desk. The reasoning:
1) A separate tablet is easy to place in an ergonomic
RSI issues will remain no matter what the input device (even if just
