[IxDA Discuss] Honoraria for remote usability study participants from multiple countries
I'm wondering how others offer compensation in remote usability studies where participants are drawn from multiple countries. I've been looking into PayPal, and we've used Amazon in the past but I'd prefer not to tie people to a particular vendor/site. Thoughts? Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)! Re: [IxDA Discuss] Managing test script branching
20 participants in 4 groups. My problem is that, by and large, the tasks for each group are the same, but their order varies by group. For example, group 1 does task 1, task 2a, task 3, task 4; group 2 does task 2b, task 3, task 4, task 1; etc. There's no variation amongst participants within the group. What I'm wondering is whether there's an easy way to create a shared task library that I can generate the scripts from. I don't want multiple scripts that I have to manually make sure are in sync. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [IxDA Discuss] Managing test script branching
I'm looking for a good tool to manage a multi-branch moderator's guide for a usability study. There are a number of shared tasks but some ordering variation, and I'm trying to avoid updating the same task/probe multiple times. Any suggestions? -Scott Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
