FOSS4G conferences to promote their community.
This year, March 16, OSGeo.be organises a separate track on the BeGeo

participants. In the first year (I think it was 2010) we had our regular
FOSSGIs conference followed by one day OSM talks. We switched at noon,

The idea of OpenStreetMap (OSM) as a World Mapping Agency is very exciting.
In many ways it is already happening. Through the OSM API, Geofabrik,
Mapzen, etc etc I can easily access high quality, up-to-date geographic for
