In an attempt to gather some information for conference organisers,

i've tried maybe ten times, sometimes having a wrong captcha when it was
the second word to type in !

I think it's in fact a survey to know how many times people can check
and submit a form again before giving up...

Sorry all - in my test phase I had it limited to 5 submissions :)
