Romanian one. The chapter will be built around the geo-spatial.org
community (a Romanian geospatial resource website we maintain). More

I have also been testing having a common/shared (via webdav) .ics
file that we could use. Would that help? I was envisioning having
one for tracking OSGeo meetings, but we could also use one for events
in general.

I have put up some ideas for project goals the almost-a-chapter
California Chapter of the OSGeo might pursue in 2008. I'm very flexible
on which of these goals we might pursue, though I think it would be good
to select only one or two from the list.
