Khanh, Yes, we'd love a Vietnamese version. We are very keen to attract a lot of delegates from the Asia/Pacific region. I've noticed Vietnam has been developing a strong OSGeo community and industry and it would be great to have Vietnam showcase this at FOSS4G. I'm also keen to hear any
