This is about the Recovery.gov site and receiving ideas about IT
solutions to make it better to everyone. Several involve GIS and
geospatial topics.I thought someone here could make a good argument
about GeoRSS or other OSGeo ideas. It's good to see the Recovery.org
site itself runs on
At www.usace.army.mil/recovery a first release of Army Corps of Engineers
project map is available. The interface is openlayers mapfish with
mapserver used to render the project locations over google base map.
GeoRSS and WMS/WFS/KML services will be added this week as soon as we are
done
