In case you didn't read the spam elsewhere already... see below :)  This is the 
first book I've pushed out via my new company focused on open source geo books. 
 Part of the impetus for us to get this book back into print (and keep it 
there!) was so educators could have a broad, yet deep, OSGIS resource at their 
disposal for courses.  My other goal is to be able to support consultants with 
material they can use in training their clients.

Thanks a lot guys, it's been a year in the making.  Hoping to get a couple 
more out this year.  Honestly though, working with Gary is a breeze, so
I got it easy for my first one :)
