With the topic of sponsorship also in the mix perhaps we can add a column
for "donations/sponsorship" for the different projects and committees.
This would communicate the budget each is working with, the commitment from
osgeo, and the financial support from their community.

- For GeoServer it shows $11,420 in 2020, that should be split between 2019
budget and 2020 budget?
- We also have some fundraising / donations in the mix.
