Thanks to Tom Kralidis, I just realize that a mistake was introduced
into the bellow message. Voting deadline is not 4th of December but 3rd
of December, how it was reflected in all the vote messages sent to our
charter member community. Please accept my most sincere apologies for
this mistake. Also, please let us know if this mistake lead to
significant problems in your voting schedule.

from now, emails with personal voting links will be sent to all our

once is not easy and it can be interpreted as spam by some of the
filtering systems. Also, sometimes the e-mail addresses change but the
charter member contact database is not up to date. We will try to
contact all the members with bounced invitations via alternative
email/twitter/linkedin/etc to update the email account and to make sure
that are able to vote. Also, be aware that due to some technical
problems on OSGeo infrastructure, the invitation to vote was delayed for
24 hours. This is why the vote period was extended with 24 hours, until
4th of December 2018.
