Hi all, I have created a Birds of a feather session for GeoFunctions.
GeoFunctions is currently a (small) library of XSLT 2 functions for GEO processing of GML,KML,GeoRSS etc data. It includes functions to calculate area, segment length, perimeter, polygon centroids, plus a few others. I would like to see if there are other XSLT practitioners out there who would like to use these functions and perhaps make an open source project out of it. I have a few ideas for some useful and cool applications (I think :-), and I would like to invite anyone who is interested to join me at FOSS4G to chat about the possibilities and make plans.
