I reduced the height by .1mm because I was having issues with prints
releasing from the bed half way through. I did a number of prints
successfully after that though. As Brian said the height changed after we
changed the z axis end stop and the command is g92 not g2. We did that to

installing the mechanical switch) something like 174.6. The exact value can
be found by looking at the custom gcode settings in slider.

Alternately, maybe other people would be interested in placing a group

We know the price per kg and the software tells us how many mm per print.

So we managed to get the 3d printer actually printing last night, here's a

When we ordered our 3D printer, I asked if anyone wanted to chip in for
some starter filament. The plan is for anyone using the printer to pay per
print on the honour system, much like the drink machine, but we need to get
some stock to start with.

Just some clarification, the filament originally offered to us is on the
wiki at the bottom of the 3D printer page. I'm just waiting on confirmation
