Some people have set up their PCs to act as shoutcast servers using what you hear as the source; they can then tune in slimserver to the shoutcast stream. I've never tried it, but there's no reason it shouldn't work. Of course, the quality will be lower and the devices won't be in perfect sync.

Another way to get keyboard binding is to install Softsqueeze on your laptop and then synch it to your player (Player settings-Audio-Synchonize). Turn the volume all the way down on your laptop (or mute the Softsqueeze player). Since they're now synch'ed, whatever you do to the Softsqueeze
