MSIE 7.0.6. When I open SC the page just locks up, clicks don't do
anything, page cannot be closed and IE has to be crashed in task
manager to exit. SC works OK in Firefox and Safari so this is clearly
some kind of IE

I use WMP and I use auto-playlists on it.
Squeezebox can't interpret these but it is quite frustrating that they
still appear on the playlists in the library. Can't we make it
automatically ignore auto playlists it can't play?

Since loading SqueezeCentre 7.1 I no longer am able to edit the
favorites.
Also on loading 7.1 it appears to remove the log-in details for Skype
(ver 3.6). This is remidied by re-entering the skype log-in details.

There is one annoying thing about SqueezeCenter 7.1.
When I browse to a particular track and press Play on my Duet
Controller then all other tracks from the same album are also placed in
playlist.
Is this a feature or bug?

Configure the settings of the bundled Rescan Music Library
Settings - player -(choose one player) basic settings Play Other Songs
In Album this is configured per player.

I cleared browsers cache, but only available setting in that dialog is
Player name ... So I'll reinstall SC tomorrow. Or maybe I'll find
corresponding Perl script file that hasn't been updated...

Because using drive letters for anything in WHS is verboten. Due to
the nature that shares, etc, work in WHS with it's virtualized storage
pool, UNC names and not drive
Other than internet based services, nothing requires an internet
connection, so I wouldn't expect a problem there. However, I don't see
any reason you couldn't just wire the Thomson unit to your network once
you get to Scotland and use it as a second AP (or disable whatever's
there) if it works

You'll have to use the very latest 7.1 nightly build. Receivers didn't have
that setting until Friday. It used to be used
The very newest Weathertime fixed the favorite problem on mine. If you

I have Vista 64 and unRAID as my NAS. I can map to unRAID fine form
Vista and access the share with out issues. I have installed both 7.1
and 7.3 SC and set up the music directories accordingly, which is a

The last few lines there indicate there's a loop in the music directory
- you have a shortcut file (M:\DTS\Paul McCartney\Tripping the Live
Fantastic\Windows Media Player.lnk) in there pointing back to the root.
Delete that (and any others like it) and you should be OK.

Ops didn't see that one sorry, and yes 7.2 is pretty stable, completely
unscientifically but imho i think some kind of midfield beta is better
than the official release, or at least has been that way over the years
i owned SB products. And again imho 7.2 is one of the better ones.
