@gd11_be: If you have a Synology NAS and no Squeezebox device, why do
you use Squeezepad and LMS? You can use AudioStation and the
AudioStation App from Synology to directly stream from your NAS to your
Airplay devices.

When I first started on the squeezebox journey I ripped to wma lossless
before sometime later converting the 300 or so files to FLAC. Something
stops me selling the CDS. maybe one day I will rip again to FLAC
straight off, this would be though a dull thing to do maybe and a bit

It's highly unlikely that the files are corrupted. That just doesn't
happen very often. More likely a cache problem in your browser. Try
ShiftF5 to clear the browser cache and reload the interface. Or, it
could be a browser incompatibility with the interface.

vTuner is a clunky, very basic, limited content service. Their web
interface has not been updated since 2007 (since I first used it). But
it is very reliable.

Are you saying that you can't press the 'Settings' link in the bottom
right corner of the Default interface to get to the Settings page? It
should open up another window that uses the same Default interface.
From there you should be able to reset the web interface. If it doesn't
work, try

I got into the Classic interface, and in the left-hand panel there's a
server settings link that brings up the server settings in just that
panel (using Classic interface). That let me reset back to the Default,
