Although I only own one I have progressed through from original
squeezebox, Boom, Duet and now touch. Well they just work and for me
music is not something I play constantly, however the squeezebox is
always there when I need it. Just like a loved one.
This whole situation is just plain odd
- Transporters with TransNav knobs have not been sold by Logitech for
years, yet your seller claims he purchased it new in the last 12 months
a) was this purchased directly from Logitech?
b) S/N reflects a 2008 build (which makes sense if it has a

Ok they still have some transporter-se left then, this is the new units
without the transnav

Hi everybody,
I have the same problem and it conincidentially hit two of my
Squeezeboxes, a Speezebox V3 and my Squeezebox Boom.
For both, the Boom and the V3, I managed to get it working via wired
ethernet, but as soon as I try to reactivate the WLAN, I end up in the
endless reboot cycle,
Yes, warranty starts from date of purchase, not when the unit was built.
But the Transporters were not built in large quantities and then
shelved for years of orders. So it seems odd a unit built in 2008 was
not sold till 2011 (3 years later) when very small quantities of these
were built,
