I can no longer get my sb to talk to my macpro running the latest
software 10.5 - 10.9 v7.7.3
i've also held the brightness button down and ensured that it has
updated.
it was playing radio happily until I tried to get my sb to play music
from my lms. now it jsut can't connect.

Hello Everyone,
Long time SB user here. I just purchased my 4th SB Radio, and converted
it to use LMS, without incident.
I've always assumed that no matter what, I could just run these Radios,
without any Logitech support, using LMS.
My question is the email pw that I have to enter into
I just bought an UE radio and converted it to the Squeezebox firmware.
When it prompted me for my mysqueezebox login I just turned it off.
When I turned it back on, it went right to the main menu and hasn't
asked for the login since so it seems that a login is not required.

not the Radios.

what type of player are you using? what is your son's? And is your son
connecting to LMS running on a local PC. This seems to work for
siriusXM. but direct connection to mysqueezebox.com is not working.
Will this help for the more random general issue that the backligth can
come on just about anytime ? I have the screen on except in stopped or
off then it should be blank (no backligth ) .
Bonus case to solve this also randomly happen when there is no server
conected ? such as when i turn off
I've uninstalled it on my Touch as it disables the red on/off button on
the remote.

Thats true everywhere in Europe go by car to another country and you
have interesting roaming
Of course, none of the subscription services will work any longer if
mysqueezebox.com is ever shut down. Not unless someone can come up with
a third party plugin that works for them, which is unlikely for most
services.
