If bitrate limiting is on, FLAC.exe is needed to decode the FLAC first,
then lame or another mp3 decoder does the bitrate limiting.

Stefan, sorry to have initially laid this on Squeeze Player; it seems
Bitrate Limiting is broken on all of my SB players. Perhaps I have a
