You could use gnuwin32 which gives you most of these Unix utilities.

Oh, my mistake: I mis-interpreted the original question. Most likely
because I already was working on a generic solution for the total
playtime of the current playlist for a given player...

the inguzdsp plugin. I had to disable it.
