dbpoweramp for me, too. It's been awhile since I've done this, but I think you can rip a CD to both FLAC and mp3 at the same time if you know you want a lossy version. 2-SB3s, 1-Touch, and a Raspberry Pi B+ with TekDevice dacBerry 3+ running piCorePlayer. Mac Mini as a server (OS X Yosemite).
