Do you mean RIP a CD? Reading the CD and creating some type output file (MP3, FLAC, WAV, Etc) is a RIP. Burning a CD is taking files on your computer and writing them to a CD. Once you've RIP'd a CD, you can verify the tags using something like MP3Tag to ensure the tags meet your needs (Album
