Ubuntu can be tricky with directory permissions. Are you sure LMS has access to those new FLAC files? I have FLAC files with -I think- the latest 1.3.3 encoder that play perfectly? ...pablo Server: Virtual Machine (on VMware Workstation) running Ubuntu 18.04 + LMS 7.9.1 System: SB Touch

I am running the latest version of the LMS on a current Ubuntu machine It does not recognize newer FLAC rips. But, the same directory structure works on MacOS. I removed references to iTunes to keep things simple (for now) Done a complete Library Rescan multiple times, but the newer FLAC

Well, I'm using a Squeezebox Radio for listening. If possible, I would like to use the Squeezebox to delete the recordings right after I finish listening. Otherwise, I'd have to get up, access the server, navigate to the recording and delete it. Or do that the next day, when I can't remember

Just delete them from the directory, I presume you have them in a folder which is scanned by lms. Do you use the desktop raspbian or lite ? this is my set up 29646 +---+ |Filename: diectory.jpg
