hi Bjoern,
Different versions of Linux have different tools for loading software.
AFAIK, apt-get is not universal for all Linuxs. It might be a Debian
tool?

Is the Waveshare 3.5" screen setup any help?

There is also a thread here covering the above topic that might help.

This device is not supported in pCP, so you have to do it manually.
You will likely need to change the init sequence..did you look on
the wareshare site?
piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM.

Generally you may get more prompt answers on PCP topics when you ask
them on the support thread for pcp

But wait for now, as this issue is now cross posted on a few threads.

I've had a little tinker with Radio 3 AAC+ stream in the RadioFeeds
plugin (not the MSB app!).
Does it work:
a) inside the UK?
b) outside the UK?
RadioFeeds UK & Ireland -> Search UK Radio by Name -> "BR3" -> BBC Radio
3 (aacPlus)
RADIOFEEDS UK & IRELAND..[/B] AN UP-TO-DATE RADIO DIRECTORY
Have you asked on the pcp thread about support for your screen - give
full complete details of screen type, manufacturer, model id, source
etc.
If it is a common model for a Pi - it is likely somebody has already
worked out the issues or at worst tell you it may never work fully and
stop

OK I managed to get it turned 90 by reducing the resolution of the
display (not in config.txt) but the GUI of the piCorePlayer.
