01-15-06 (and 01-14-06) 6.5 nightly my slimp3 will not even connect to the

How do I remove the 'Musical note' from the display? I KNOW the music is
playing, I can hear it! I would like to use that space for more song info.
Also is it possible to create another 'format' for the info that is shown
whilst playing?
I am looking for something like a 1 or 2 pixel high,
An enhancement to the skins (I use fishbone) would be to have a link at the
song detail level (or somewhere also too, I guess) would be able to link to
an outside tagger, allowing a quick way to get to a file that needs a little
tag tweaking...

RCA cable - nothing special, except that it is the SAME cable used
successfully with my SBG.
Optical - no idea, don't have a cable.
